Processes

We give vital importance to all the processes & systems that enable the smooth functioning of the organisation and the manufacturing process. Right from the physical layout & design of our plants, to the Human Resource policies pursued and the Management Systems introduced, everything is made to be consistent with various local and international statutory requirements.

To that end, all products manufactured at our facilities comply with social, ethical and human & environment-friendly requirements, as is mandated by large importers and clients in Europe and North America.

Our hiring processes also have been streamlined to meet these guidelines including:

  • A complete ban on child labour and forced labour under any circumstances.
  • A zero tolerance policy towards discrimination in wages & benefits among employees.
  • A commitment to assess each employee purely on performance, with no consideration of gender, race, age, colour, national origin, disability, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, religious or cultural beliefs.

Lastly, with regards to workplace safety, we provide our employees with all the necessary safety equipment & necessary ongoing training to create a healthy and safe environment.
