As a promoter and an entrepreneur, Jamal primarily handles the Sourcing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Human Resource Development at Pradhan Mercantile. His quest for quality and perfection, combined with sharp business acumen gained over the last 25 years, has helped him implement processes and systems towards optimising performance at the company.
A graduate from the prestigious Harvard Business School (OPM program), Jamal also serves on the board of other family-owned businesses in real estate, food manufacture and marketing.
With over thirty years of entrepreneurial experience, Amir Pradhan manages multiple critical roles at the PMPL Group. From overseeing its overall business strategy to forging strategic alliances and leading the finance, legal, brand licensing, and technology teams. As new businesses grow and develop, such as footwear eCommerce and the production & distribution of food products, Amir is pioneering the PMPL Group's diversification.
He serves on the board of many other family-owned businesses and is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Most notably, though, is his dedication to voluntary community service to give back to the community.
